Dedalus Labs, Inc. ("Dedalus," "we," "our," or "us") operates a developer platform that provides hosting and infrastructure for the Model Context Protocol ("MCP"), enabling users to deploy, manage, and share MCP servers, tools, and agentic workflows through a single API endpoint.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Dedalus and any individual or entity that accesses or uses our platform ("you" or "User"). By creating an account, accessing our website, using our APIs, or interacting with any content on the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
The following documents are part of these Terms, and your use of the Service constitutes agreement to all of them:
These policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. By using Dedalus, you agree to comply with them.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and an incorporated policy, these Terms will prevail unless the incorporated policy expressly states otherwise.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Dedalus. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@dedaluslabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.
You retain ownership of any MCP servers, workflows, code, tool manifests, comments, or other materials ("User Content") you submit to the Service.
By uploading User Content, you grant Dedalus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Our Content Policy includes a Trademark Username & Organization Name Recovery process. If you are a trademark holder and believe your exact mark is being used as a Dedalus username or organization name without authorization, you may request recovery per the process described there.
We may remove or transfer usernames or organization names that violate trademarks or impersonate others.
If you publish MCP servers, tools, or workflows on the Dedalus Marketplace:
Your purchase and use of Dedalus Credits, as well as Auto-Reload and refund policies, are governed by our Payment & Credit Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.
The Service may interoperate with or route traffic to third-party MCP servers, tools, or APIs. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for:
Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will end, but certain sections (including ownership, warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dedalus disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dedalus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved as described in our incorporated policies.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and providing 30 days' notice via email or in-product messaging. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
